I’m a strategy and transformation practitioner based in London. My career has been built around one conviction: strategy only matters if it changes what happens next.
I’ve led commercial strategy, M&A execution, and operational transformation across telecoms, technology, media, defence, and fintech — working from the inside at EY, Deloitte, and a Series A defence-tech company, and now independently through Aethon Ventures.
I work best at the intersection of strategic vision and commercial delivery: where a PE fund needs to understand what a target is really worth, where a mid-market CEO needs to turn margin pressure into an EBITDA story, or where a post-merger integration needs someone who’s done it before.

What I believe
I believe good consulting should leave organisations better equipped to operate without the consultant. I build frameworks that transfer, processes that stick, and governance that survives the Monday after the engagement ends.
I also believe the best work happens when you bring senior experience directly to the problem — not a brand name with junior resources doing the heavy lifting. That’s why I built Aethon Ventures the way I did.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me writing about the intersection of strategy, PE value creation, and emerging geopolitical risks on Substack and through Aethon Insights.
